Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using UnLexa. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using UnLexa, you agree to these Terms.
UnLexa is a language-learning and productivity app. It helps users learn vocabulary, complete learning activities, earn XP, track progress, and optionally limit selected apps, categories, or web domains until daily learning goals are completed.
UnLexa's app-blocking features depend on Apple Screen Time frameworks and permissions. These features may be affected by iOS settings, device compatibility, permissions, system limitations, operating-system changes, and Apple policies.
UnLexa may provide vocabulary lists, exercises, examples, review scheduling, XP, streaks, and progress metrics. Learning content is provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, fluency, exam results, or professional qualifications.
Your use of UnLexa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information is collected or processed and how it is used.
UnLexa uses third-party services and platform frameworks, including Apple App Store and Screen Time APIs, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Remote Config, RevenueCat, WidgetKit, and UserNotifications. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms, policies, and technical limitations.
UnLexa, including its software, design, interface, branding, learning systems, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive only the limited right to use UnLexa as permitted by these Terms and the applicable app-store rules.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, support messages, or other content to us, you grant us permission to use that content to provide support, improve UnLexa, and develop related products or services, without obligation to compensate you. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit is lawful and does not violate the rights of others.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of UnLexa at any time. Some features may require an internet connection, compatible device, active App Store account, valid subscription, or Apple permissions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You may stop using UnLexa at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to UnLexa if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for us, other users, or third-party services. Upon termination, your right to use UnLexa ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnLexa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that UnLexa will meet your needs, improve productivity, guarantee learning outcomes, or operate without interruption or error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or productivity, arising from or related to your use of UnLexa. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of UnLexa after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
