By downloading, installing or using Maze Recall, you agree to these Terms and the End User License Agreement.

1. The game

Maze Recall is a single-player maze memory game. Features may include campaign levels, virtual gold, cosmetic balls, achievements, daily rewards, advertisements and a one-time Remove Ads purchase.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law and the rules of the store through which you obtained the app. You may not interfere with the app or its services, exploit bugs, bypass purchase validation, automate play, reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits, or use it to harm others.

3. Virtual items and progress

Virtual gold, balls, rewards, stars and other in-game items have no cash value, are not transferable and are licensed only for use in Maze Recall. Game balance, reward amounts and availability may change in future versions. Local progress may be lost if the app or its data is deleted; you are responsible for maintaining device backups where available.

4. Advertising and rewarded ads

The free experience may show banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are optional; the advertised in-game reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and the normal daily reward remains available without watching an ad.

5. Purchases

The Remove Ads product is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. Pricing, payment, refunds and family sharing are governed by Apple's rules. A valid entitlement removes banner and interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads may remain available when voluntarily selected. Use Restore Purchases in Settings to retrieve a qualifying purchase. We may rely on RevenueCat to validate entitlement status.

6. Updates, Analytics and online services

Some features require internet access. We may require an update when an older version is no longer compatible, secure or supportable. Ad delivery, purchases, authentication, Analytics and remote configuration depend on third-party services and may be temporarily unavailable. We use aggregated Analytics about optional rewards, advertisements, purchases, cosmetics, achievements, review prompts and required-update screens to understand feature use and improve reliability.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed by Maze Recall, Firebase Authentication, Remote Config, Google Analytics for Firebase, AdMob, RevenueCat and Apple.

8. Intellectual property

Maze Recall, its software, artwork, audio, design and branding are owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

Your license ends if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers and liability survive termination where applicable.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the game, services or law. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country.
