Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Maze Recall and its service providers process information when you use the game.

Information processed by the game

Game progress, settings, earned gold, unlocked balls, achievements, daily reward state and best level results are stored locally on your device. Maze Recall does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone or camera.

Firebase

Maze Recall uses Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous account identifier and Firebase Remote Config to retrieve app configuration such as the minimum supported version. The anonymous identifier is not entered by you and is used to support app services. Google may process technical information necessary to provide these services. See Firebase Privacy and Security and Google's Privacy Policy.

Analytics

Maze Recall uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand use of optional features and improve the game. The app records events for opening and using Remove Ads, purchase and restore outcomes, daily reward claims, optional rewarded-ad requests and outcomes, achievement claims, ball purchases and selections, review-prompt requests, and required-update screens. Event parameters are limited to relevant non-contact details such as feature placement, virtual gold amount, daily-reward day, ball or achievement identifier, purchase outcome and minimum app version. These custom events do not contain your name, email address or the contents of communications. Maze Recall does not send level-start, level-completion, level-failure or level-restart custom events.

Google Analytics for Firebase also automatically processes app interaction and technical information such as app instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, language, approximate region and session information. Google processes Analytics information according to its applicable terms and privacy policy. Analytics records may be retained according to the retention settings configured for the Firebase project.

Advertising

Maze Recall uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Depending on your region, consent choices and device settings, Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, ad interaction and approximate location derived from IP address to deliver, measure and prevent fraud in advertising. The app requests consent where required through Google's User Messaging Platform. When available, you can revisit these choices through Settings → Privacy Choices.

You can buy the one-time “Remove Ads” product to remove banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available only when you choose to watch one for an in-game reward.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple and purchase entitlement status is managed through RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase records, app user identifiers and technical information needed to complete, restore and validate purchases. Retention and your choices

• You can remove local game data by deleting the app.
• You can manage advertising permissions and tracking choices in iOS Settings and, where shown, in the app's Privacy Choices screen.
• Purchase history is retained by Apple according to Apple's policies. Restoring purchases requires contacting Apple and RevenueCat services.
• Anonymous authentication, Analytics and service records may be retained by service providers according to their policies, configured retention periods and legal obligations.

Children

Maze Recall is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising configuration and consent requirements should be applied according to the age rating and territories selected for distribution.

Security and international processing

We use established service providers and reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The updated date above will identify the current version.
