Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Outlino.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Outlino, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Outlino is an AR drawing application that lets you create drawings in 3D space using your device's camera and sensors. Processing is on-device. We do not collect personal data. Optional iCloud sync stores your drawings in your Apple iCloud account.

3. User Responsibilities

Use the Application in a safe environment and be aware of surroundings while using AR
Not use the Application while driving or in situations requiring attention
Comply with all applicable laws
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Application
Use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes unless authorized

4. Device Permissions

Camera: Used solely to render AR; frames are not stored by us
Motion sensors: Used for spatial tracking
Photos/Files (optional): For exports you choose to save

5. Third-Party Services

Outlino uses Apple services:

ARKit/RealityKit for AR rendering (on-device)
iCloud for optional synchronization

These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
AR accuracy may vary depending on environment and device
Compatibility with all devices or OS versions is not guaranteed

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of Outlino is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect personal data; drawings are local unless you enable iCloud sync.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time by updating the "Last updated" date and posting the new Terms on this page.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Outlino immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
