1. THE APPLICATION

Outlino is an augmented reality (AR) drawing application that allows users to create drawings in 3D space using their device's camera and motion sensors. The Application runs fully on-device. We do not collect or store personal data on our servers. Optional iCloud sync uses the user's Apple iCloud account to keep drawings in sync across devices. Camera access is used solely to render the AR scene and is processed on-device; no camera frames are stored or transmitted to us.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the Application on a compatible device
• Create AR drawings for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Export or share your drawings using your device's native sharing options

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

The Application requires:

• An AR-capable device (e.g., ARKit/RealityKit compatible)
• Camera permission for AR rendering
• Motion sensors (accelerometer/gyroscope) for spatial tracking
• Optional: iCloud enabled for cross-device sync
• Storage space for local drawings

4. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

The Application maintenance and support includes:

• Regular updates to improve AR stability and performance
• Bug fixes and performance improvements
• Technical support through our designated channels
• Service maintenance notifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application with or without notice.

5. USE OF DATA

Your use of the Application involves the following data handling:

• AR drawings and related metadata are stored locally on your device
• Optional sync via Apple iCloud if enabled by you; data is stored in your iCloud account
• Camera frames and sensor data are processed on-device for AR and are not stored or transmitted to us
• We do not collect analytics or personal data on our servers

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

User-generated content includes AR drawings and any exports you create. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the Application.

7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

You retain all rights to your AR drawings and exports. The Application does not upload or host your content on our servers. If you choose to sync via iCloud or share content through third-party services, those actions are governed by their respective terms.

8. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Your use of the Application is at your own risk
• Be aware of your surroundings while using AR features; do not use in situations requiring attention (e.g., driving)

9. WARRANTY

We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Availability of the service
• Compatibility with all devices or environments

10. PRODUCT CLAIMS

You acknowledge that:

• The Application is for personal use only
• We are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application

11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You represent and warrant that:

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties

13. TERMINATION

This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination:

• All rights granted to you under this Agreement will end
• You must cease all use of the Application
• You may delete all local data and disable iCloud sync

14. THIRD-PARTY TERMS OF AGREEMENTS AND BENEFICIARY

The Application utilizes Apple frameworks and services including:

• ARKit/RealityKit for AR rendering (on-device processing)
• Apple iCloud for optional synchronization

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application are and will remain our exclusive property. These rights include:

• All software, technology, and algorithms
• Trademarks, service marks, and logos
• Designs and user interface

16. APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. MISCELLANEOUS

• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect
• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us
• No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver
• We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement
